This contemporary design reflects the client’s wishes for a modern home on this beautiful location, overlooking Moira. A sloping site provided a great opportunity for a split-level design that took advantage of the breath-taking view to the west.

The glazed entrance takes our client into a foyer area where they can access the lower level with open plan kitchen/living/dining or the upper level, where a second living room awaits with its own balcony to enjoy the uninterrupted view across Moira and the adjacent countryside.
